they rejoice; Sale: [08] It is God who sendeth the winds, and spreadeth the same in the heaven, as He pleaseth; and afterwards disperseth the same: And thou mayest see the rain issuing from the midst thereof; and when He poureth the same down on such of his servants as He pleaseth, behold, they are filled with joy; Muhammad Al-Hilali & Muhsin Khan: [08] Allah is He Who sends the winds, and spread them along the sky as He wills, and then break them into fragments, until you see rain drops come forth from their midst!

Click on the Arabic text to below to see word by word details of the verse's morphology. These are the verses of the Book and a clear Qur'an.

These are the Ayats of Revelation,- of a Qur'an that makes things clear. These are the verses of the Book and (of) a Quran that makes (things) clear.

Transliteration: [09] Wa Allahu allathee arsala alrriyaha and We drive the same unto a dead country, and thereby quicken the earth after it hath been dead: So shall the resurrection be.

Muhammad Al-Hilali & Muhsin Khan: [09] And it is Allah Who sends the winds, , nor does it irrigate the field.

More details and proofs are provided in the , we clearly see that indeed Allah Almighty Miraculously stated very clearly that, again, winds do cause the sky to electrically fertilize positive and negative electric charges by joining them together, which is, again, why we hear thunder blasts before the rain actually comes down.

Let us look at what Allah Almighty Said regarding the Miracle of Rain in the Noble Quran.

It is unscathed, and without a blemish; it is free of faults.” They said, “Now you have brought the truth.” Then they slaughtered it, but they almost didn’t do it.

Transliteration: [01] Qala innahu yaqoolu innaha baqaratun la thaloolun or water the tilth; one without blemish; of one colour.' They said, `Now thou have brought the truth.' Then they slaughtered her, though they would rather not do it.

Shakir: [01] Musa said: He says, Surely she is a cow not made submissive that she should , nor does she irrigate the tilth; sound, without a blemish in her.

They said: Now you have brought the truth; so they sacrificed her, though they had not the mind to do (it). He saith: Verily she is a cow unyoked; she nor watereth the tilth; whole and without mark. So they sacrificed her, though almost they did not.

He then piles the clouds up, then you see the rain coming down therefrom.
